If you are coming from San José by car, get ready for a two-hour drive (136 km.) tour. Head west on Inter-American Highway from the Juan Santamaría International Airport towards to Atenas, then south along San Mateo and Orotina towns until you reach the Coastal Highway, follow clearly marked signs, whne you reach Jaco, there still 20 minutes drive to Quebraba Amarilla, right in front of a restaurant, make your right to start on a non paved road to “Mata de Platano” town, just follow the road, no turns, then get to a very small town called “Montelimar” , from there still 5 miles up to the mountain to reach to La Pavona Farm Land Estates.
