Costa Rica is a convergent point for Real Estate and foreign inversions: the local weather conditions, nature, political stability, economy and many more factors makes the country more appealing to settle down here.
The areas that the foreigners are searching more are those close to the Pacific Ocean, such as Guanacaste, the Central Pacific; besides the Grand Metropolitan area, especially Escazu, Santa Ana, Curridabat or the mountains in Heredia.

Comparing prices, there is a substantial difference between the Central Pacific’s land prices and the rest of the country.
